Benseron Information Technologies is seeking an administrative assistant The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, intelligent, driven, punctual, and a quick and creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities. Applicants should have some experience with administrative or clerical duties.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Answering phones
- Organizing meetings and events
- Managing office supplies
- Data entry
- Creating and maintaining files
- Providing administrative support to staff
Depending on the candidate’s qualifications, responsibilities may include research, copy editing, and marketing support.
Applicants with knowledge of accounting or real estate finance and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience, are preferred.
