Benseron Hospitality is currently seeking a Product Support Professional who is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills to join our support team in the Naples area. Your technical expertise will help ensure our clients are able to meet their business objectives by minimizing or preventing system disruptions. The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, intelligent, driven, punctual, and a quick and creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and actively solve problems. Job Description


  • Providing store-level support for Point-of-Sale systems (terminal and cloud-based)
  • Installing, upgrading, and/or troubleshooting hardware and software on systems and network platforms
  • Follows through on all commitments made to customer, until problem is resolved
  • Resolve data & hardware problems at restaurant locations
  • Troubleshoot & resolve other related store-level technology issues (credit card processing, kitchen displays, printers, scales, Dvr system etc.)
  • Communicate technical issues from store management in “non-tech” terms they can understand
  • Provide detailed and customized training to our customers
  • Supplement other “help-desk” resources available to our restaurant management teams
  • Assists in mobile application quality assurance
  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators that reflect productivity, quality, and service level agreement standards

  • Support of corporate network, workstations, XP, Win7, iOS, Printer and Network setup
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of server hardware and software
  • Installation and maintenance of various business applications


  • Strong customer-service orientation required
  • Hospitality knowledge not required but considered a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Microsoft Network, Hardware Certifications are a plus
  • Extensive iOS knowledge is a plus
  • Technically savvy w/ a strong desire to learn and advance
  • Familiar with IT systems. An educational degree in the IT field is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows XP/7
  • Familiar w/ Server 2003/2008/R2, Exchange, Active Directory a plus
  • Some travel required for store-level support/troubleshooting
  • Restaurant Experience is a big plus
